"I have stopped in several times to get parts for our 96 Heritage. The guys at the parts counter are AWESOME! Since my husband is out of town a lot and chief mechanic, I am chief gopher. I am not into all the technical stuff, so what the name of something really is, and what I call it, can be very different things. I know I can be somewhat of a challenge because of this. These guys have always CORRECTLY identified what I have carried in and been VERY helpful. They have even taken the time to talk to my husband via cell phone to answer technical questions - I didn't want to be trusted to relay the details correctly. Whatever you are paying them - it isn't enough!
We have received better service and personal care in this dealership, than any other in the area! Keep up the good work!"

"Up until about a month ago, I had never ridden a motorcycle, my wife and I had dreamed of owning one for some time. We never one time thought of owning any other make of bike other than a Harley. We stopped in one Friday nite just to look and was met by Brandon Jones. We asked questions and he answered them never once giving us the impression of trying to sell us a bike. We were looking at buying a Heritage Softail Classic. He took us upstairs where one was being assembled. We fell in love with it and bought it on the spot. I picked it up the next day. When I got it home my neighbor looked at me and asked me if I was crazy. He said you've never ridden a bike and you started with this? My reply was why start at the bottom when you can start at the top. I took the rider safety course and got my license and now my wife and I are riding all over the place. "I was in Texas visiting freinds and came upon your store. Since i can not pass a shop without stopping, i stopped and did some browsing. As i was browsing, i was approached by a young lady named Ashley, who asked if she could assist me in finding what i needed. I was trying to keep my purchase a secret so my girlfreind would not know and therefore be suprised when she received the gift. (This is pretty tough since she is there every time i turn around) Let me tell you, Ashley made my visit to your store the best visit i have made to a harley shop yet! I have to say that i have been into your store numerous time and everytime i go in,it is awsome to walk in a dealership and not be tackled by the sales team. "I recently bought a used Harley Davidson FLSTF and needed to get helmets and assorted equipment for riding. The sales person Ashley was very helpful ansewering my questions and being very patient stayed with me and my wife untill my purchase was complete. I then took the Riders Edge course and the instructors John and Charlene were outstanding. And even though I bought my Harley from and individual and not the dealership the sales staff and service people made me feel like a regular. My bike did not come all dressed up but I know where my dollars will be spent to make mine as coustom as I want it. Thanks again for all the help."

"After purchasing a 2007 FLTR from "Toast" I was unable to get the bike in for accessories right away since some required ordering. Since I work in the Virgin Islands I mainly communicated via email to Christie Cruz in Service. Wow! The parts arrived and I was informed to get the bike in for the work. I had a friend get the bike to SJHD and also requested to add a Stage 1 Kit while in service. Everything was handled without a problem mainly via email communication and the bike was actually ready earlier than requested even though it was not picked up the day it was finished. Thanks SJHD for outstanding cooperation. I know where my bike will go the next time I need service or repairs.

"I signed up for the Rider's Edge class while traveling in Singapore and Jakarta, Indonesia. Registration was easy with an immediate confirmation. The Rider's Edge Class was a totally awesome class. It challenged the rider on every aspect of riding a motorcycle and they made the experince as close as they could to a real life experience whle riding a motorcycle with keeping safety in mind at all times. I have taken numerous classes in life with many different type of instructors. The instructors for this class were excellent. "

"My 2006 Sportster was due for its 1k serivce. I of course called the dealership that I purchased my bike from. After being quoted over $260.00 for the standard service "no synthetic" I started shopping around. San Jacinto Harley had a far better service rate than any of the other shops in town. I brought my bike in on Thursday afternoon, was greeted by Big Dave and was told they were rahter busy but would get to me as soon as possible. My bike was ready before noon on Saturday. These guys have a top notch outfit. My bike is running great, and it was ready well ahead of schedule. I look forward to doing business with these guys again. "

"I purchased my new FLHTCU yesterday, and it was an all around pleasant experience.
